Yesh, we now own two cute fat fluffy grey 6-week old Winter White Russian Dwarf HAMSTERS.

My brother took one look, noticed the whiskers, and said,

Mine had a worse name.
After much thought about the colouring, I named it Stratocumulus.
(stratus= grey like its back, cumulus= fat and white like its tummy)
Of course, such a cloud doesn't exist.

Zhixin, I'm sososo sorry about shirim! The dance exam ended like HALF AN HOUR LATE, so everyone was, like, poofed from the GB room. So I couldn't find you. T_T By 3.45 (stipulated end time), we hadn't even STARTED.
Talk about inefficient.
Anyway, the teacher was really nice (read: ~~Ms. Cavanagh-ish~~ condescending undertone) and the whole exam itself only took like two minutes and we didn't mess up :D And honestly I think my twist was pretty good for once. And I didn't forget my 1/2 Basic. And Belinda is a great dance partner! <3>

Hi!
Yes, my blog has been totally dead for a while, becuase of rushing Philo PT and Math Statistics and Scrapbook all in one freaking weekend. ALL of it. I hadn't even started.
Yes, I procrastinate. (emphatic nod)
Anyway.
After like 2 1/2 days straight of working like a crazed parrot (chicken is a little overused, no?), I AM PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THAT
I took one (and a half) day(s) for Philo PT, one day for Math and
er, 15 min on scrapbook.

Oh God, Shirim prac is on Monday,
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday because of competition.
Freak.
My mom probably won't let me join now. (?) T_T
It's not like I can compete, right? I HAVEN'T EVEN JOINED.
Sigh. REPLY ME ZHIXIN. Save me. Tell me I don't need to go on all five days. Please.

MY AIRCON JUST DIED.
Therefore it is really freaking stuffy in here and I'm being driven insane.

WHY IS CCA FREAKING SUSPENDED?
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Oh and we got a new HD set-top box :D
(so random)
AND, I am proud to say that HD looks pretty much the same as normal TV, even on 1080p res. And we have, like, three(?) HD channels. HD5, Nat Geo HD, Discovery HD. Yup.
What did you expect? My dad paid like $2 to upgrade the box.
Oooh and we have ALL the channels for a week, trial period or something. :D

I want Star Movies, permanent.
Yesterday I watched this movie called Sunshine on Star Movies and it was so sad,
even though cliched sci-fi crap like that isn't supposed to be sad.
It was about this group of people who go off to save the dying Sun and (spoiler alert)
as usual in all freaking cliched sci-fis,
something MUST go totally wrong with the ship.
Which basically resulted in everyone on board (ie. ALL THE CHARACTERS) dying.
But it was still a nice movie. Really. Just kind of sad to watch the crew members dying one by one until only two are left (who promptly get burned up by the Sun).
Oh, and the deaths were totally gory. Like the frostbite one. His arm just SHATTERED from the cold.
They show the deaths in perfect detail, and really you only don't get to see the pilot die becuase she's in the other room while the physicist fires the thingy that ultimately kills them all.
Which is really sad, because the Sun (and therefore the Earth lah) gets saved, but they all died for it.
OMG. I am turrning into a combi of Mary and a funeral.

FREEDOM OHTHEJOY :DDD

Three SAs in a day is totally draining, agreed, Fang.
Add ICAS and a talk by (infamous) Mrs S.Tan and...yeah.
Lit was okay IN COMPARISON TO CHEM. My brain went blank(like in Geog) and I couldn't think of any points.
Chem killed. I couldn't answer some of the questions. T.T
Geog was actually pretty okay. Compared to the first two.

After ICAS, Belinda, Jingyao and me went to West Mall :D We went to Sweetalk for bubble tea, then went to Sakae Sushi and promptly got chased out by the freaking waiter who wouldn't let us in because of 'sorry, no outside drinks allowed here.'
We got pissed and decided to go to Belinda's house for pizza instead.
Then we forgot about it because, ahem, we was busy watching Bleach movies on YouTube and only remembered at like 6:30.
And as you know, Pizza Hut takes like 45 min to come. So then it was a frenzy of calling Dad to tell him to come at 8pm and Belinda's mom screaming at her and me begging my dad again and...yeah.

I feel like I've just been left out of this world for a week and came back again.
The wonders of a full PC memory clean-up. Browser cache. URLs. History. RAM. Et cetera. Weird.
I mean, I came back to check people's blogs and everybody had posted. Which is rare.
Zhixin don't scare me. You posted like TEN TIMES. I shall relink you some other time-sorry!

The connection is killing me. 12.0 mbps. AHHHHHHHHHHHHH. You know, it takes like 30 seconds to load a freaking page? THIRTY.SECONDS. God.
Mugging- almost done, but I'm gonna fail anyway so what's the point?

Next week is depressing.
Tuesday- SAs and ICAS. I really doubt I can get Distinction this time. As for SAs, like I said, sure fail. T.T
To make it worse, there is no GB this week. T_T wednesday the Sec 4s have PFT and Sec 2s have oral (good luck both :D) so with half the company gone, no point really. Plus the Sec 4s pretty much do everything so there'll be no one to do roll call and stuff.

Hey, come on, it's SAs, you didn't really expect an ALIVE blog, did you?

SAs are depressing. Chem is worse. Full Uniform Days are worst of all.
I just know I failed History. I should have mugged more. A lot, a lot more. And Maths. On a happier note, Maths went a lot better than last time. At least I'm confident of passing.

Chem- I've been mugging like xiao. Why is the damn thing so HARD?! We may be smart, but we're not like geniuses or something. Unlike Fang and Joan and such (hey, COMPLIMENTS ok?) They try to squeeze O-level stuff into our young brains, expecting us to comprehend the crap that won't be of much use to us in future anyway. What's the POINT? Hate them. Hate Chem. No, hate them for destroying our once-upon-a-time mild liking of Chem.

Ah. Full uniform.
This week, even GB is depressing. Drill on BOTH days. Not to mention full uniform. And the commander seemed really pissed at us today just because we can't get our turns right or lock our arms or keep our balance when doing 180-degree turns or keep our arms from flying during sediah to senandiri. And a lot more. Full uniform does wonders at putting the whole 45th in a freaking bad mood.
