We moved house on Monday.

This place is still a madhouse. Instead of a sofa, we have, ya know, boxes and a chair, plus two hard chairs that I swear pose a serious problem to the health of your, uh, gluteus maximus. And the noise of eleven (or more?) fountains three storeys below gushing noisily ten hours a day, coupled with Upper Bukit Timah Road's scarily heavy traffic 100m away. Brilliant.

On the plus side, there are new aircons and all that supermodern shiny new furniture like in the designer home magazines and I have a queen-size bed! :D

Sigh. Jingyao and the rest are watching Avatar tomorrow and, whadaya know, I can't come due to sadistic organizations like Learning Lab that don't allow you to change lesson timings. Or so my mom claims. (and since she says so, there's no way she'll help on this.)

And I overturned the house (and Vivocity, the other day) looking for a suitable chain for that big fat stupid ahbeng sky ring. Jingyao, are you absolutely positively sure they offered you one when you bought it? Gahxx.

By the way, is it just me or is my skin going screwy again? Report any links mysteriously appearing in black Times New Roman ok? (:

I'm only posting here because the discussion on Bleach 384 at the LJ comm was veering wayyyy offtrack into the area of

Whenever Hinamori shows signs of lingering loyalty and affection to Aizen it's because 'she's a crazy, weak bitch'.

Hisagi shows signs of lingering loyalty and affection to Tousen and he's 'awesome and heartbreaking, let me hug him'.

Et cetera. Amazing how it can change from the issue of Tousen-Hisagi gay jokes to this. (Not, of course, that I actually enjoyed said jokes, causing me to be annoyed when the discussion went off.) Geez, those people read too far into the manga, like they've never been tortured by Lit before.

Currently trying to choke down some Reborn in between sentences.

I dunno, I personally think it's easier to read offline (ok, not easier per se, because it gets squished into the screen while still retaining the portrait orientation, i.e. absolute nightmare to read.)since I get Internet connection so seldom and there's no irritating loading time. You should try it someday.

(Though your eyes will probably pop out after half an hour of staring at the screen trying to make out what is he saying now and half the time it turns out to be some trademark 'i must save my friends!' etc.)
